Checks

01
Own clients only

Each relationship manager sees only the clients they look after. The morning email to each one covers their own clients and no one else's.

02
News to positions

Market news and research are matched to the holdings they affect, so a relationship manager knows which clients to call first.

03
Trades since the last statement

A relationship manager can note trades made since the last custodian statement. The note sits on top of the statement and does not change it. When a newer statement arrives, the note drops away.

04
Structured product events

Fixed coupon notes near knock-out and accumulator events, one line per event.

05
Alert list

Alerts that need a relationship manager go to that person's list, with the client and the reason.

The control

Every number comes from a value read off a statement or a term sheet. If a value is missing, the line says so instead of guessing.
