Retrocession
TAC reads each retrocession statement, ties it to the bank's printed total, allocates it to clients and reports it.

Checks
Each bank's retrocession statement, PDF or spreadsheet, is read into one table.
Each line goes to the correct client account and relationship manager.
What each bank owes, what has arrived and what is still outstanding.
Retrocession reports for clients, and rebate lines on the fee invoice where the agreement requires them.
A statement cannot be loaded twice. Loading it again replaces the earlier copy instead of adding to it.
The lines TAC reads must add up to the total the bank printed. If they do not, nothing is allocated, and a person is told which lines are missing.
